The Waterfall Residences from Krisumi promises harmony between concrete and landscapes, which will result in a comfortable ambiance for the residents, along with modern facilities and amenities.

The Krisumi Waterfall Residences will have 65 acres of total development with 433 units in 3 towers A,B,C. It will have luxury homes priced between Rs 1.07 crores and 2.28 crores.

 

Gurugram to have The First Indo-Japanese Mega Real Estate Project

Japanese firm Sumitomo Corporation has tied up with Krishna Group for a joint venture – Krisumi Corporation – to develop real estate projects across India. Both the partners will hold a 50:50 stake in the venture, which marks Sumitomo’s entry into the Indian real estate market. Sumitomo Corporation has delivered over 300 residential, office and commercial space projects in the past five decades, across Japan, the US, China and Indonesia. On the other hand, Krishna Group is a 25-year-old business firm, with diversified interests in auto components, real estate, media and travel-related services.

The word ‘Krisumi’ comes from ‘kriya’, which denotes creation in Sanskrit and ‘sumi’, the Japanese word for fine living. By combining Japanese design aesthetics with the warmth of Indian hospitality, Krisumi Corporation’s aim is to create architectural masterpieces that are practical in function and reflect quality construction. The architectural design of Krisumi City has been developed by world-famous Japanese design firm Nikken Sekkei, which has worked on the well-known Tokyo Sky Tree and will be constructed by Tata Projects.

The first project, in Gurugram will be a development of 18 million sq ft, costing in excess of USD 2 billion. Along with apartments, the project will feature a high-end retail mall, education institutions, a premium hotel and premium office spaces. The Krisumi City township will be spread over approximately 65 acres of land and that will feature about 5,000 apartments. The project will be developed in seven to eight phases, over 10 years. Each apartment here will have meticulous planning, to give its owners a holistic and relaxed lifestyle. There are various options for homeowners – 2LDK, 3LDK or 3+SLDK and penthouses. The homes will be priced at Rs 1.07 crores to 2.28 crores (for 2 and 3BHK apartments). The expected possession for apartments in phase-1 is June 2024.

Spread over 36,000 sq ft, the clubhouse is equipped with a state-of-the-art gym, as well as a restaurant, bar lounge, spa and salon and other facilities. This residential community will have round-the-clock power backup, piped gas supply, waste segregation and rainwater harvesting, in addition to a multi-level security system. Access control systems and high-speed shuttle elevators, are some of the other unique features.

  • Krisumi Waterfall Residences is situated at the convergence of wide roads in Gurugram’s Sector 36 A.
  • National Highway-8 (NH-8) is the main arterial road for the city of Gurugram and Krisumi is at a three-minute drive from NH-8.
