January 25, 2024: In a directive issued by the Karnataka RERA on January 20, L&T Realty has been ordered to hand over to the resident welfare association (RWA) the common areas and the society maintenance fund collected for the project L & T Realty Raintree Boulevard.
The residential realty project located on Bellary Road is a RERA registered project that has 2,242 housing units. The whole project is spread across 25 acre and has apartments across configurations including studio, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK.
Additionally, according to an IE report, the project that began in 2015-2016 is being developed in phases, where one phases was completed in 2019-2020. While the developer had promised to provide parking for a cost, it has not yet been offered. KRERA also directed the developer to either provide parking or refund the money at the earliest.
