  • Certificate of incorporation, memorandum of association and article of association issued by registrar of companies.

Pre-requisites to participate in bidding

  • Computer with an internet connection of minimum 256 kbps speed
  • Windows XP Service Pack-3/Window Vista/Windows 7 or above
  • Supported browsers: Internet Explorer 9.0 or above (32 bit only)
  • System access with administrator rights

Step 2: Click on ‘Register’.

Step 3: Now provide all the details as asked. These includes:
