How to download occupancy certificate online in Haryana?

Visit the official portal of Department of Urban Local Bodies, Haryana at https://ulbharyana.gov.in/160

Click on ‘Verification of Certificate’ on the homepage.
Provide details such as Application Type, Application ID, Applicant name and mobile number.
An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP to view the status.
Once the status shows approval, the applicant can download the digitally signed certificate by clicking on the ‘Print Certificate’.

Click on the ‘Issuance of Occupation Certificate’ option https://ulbharyana.gov.in/WebCMS/Start/10570
Click on ‘Click here to apply’
The online application form will be displayed. Provide the relevant details such as applicant details, type of building, building name, building height and area type.
Upload the relevant documents. Click on ‘Save’.
An acknowledgement receipt will be generated.
The Municipal Corporation will verify the application.
The authority will review the application and the risks involved. If it is found to be low / moderate, the certificate will be issued without inspecting the site. After approval, the inspection report will be generated. The charges will be notified to the applicant via SMS/ email.
If the building is categorised as high risk, the Building inspector will inspect it and share the details of the inspection report on the website. If there is any discrepancy, the application may be rejected.
Complete the payment. Then, the authority will display the final approval status of the application.

What is the processing time for an occupancy certificate in Haryana?

The entire process of issuance of an Occupation Certificate will last for fifteen days from the date of application.

The officer concerned will submit an Inspection report to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, E.O. Municipal Council and Secretary and Municipal Committee and the relevant documents provided by the applicant. The authority may approve or reject the issuance of an occupation certificate within sixty days from the date of receipt of the application.
