- Property owners in Mangalore can visit the official MCC website, https://www.mccpropertytax.in/WebPortal/ to calculate property tax.
- Click on the ‘Pay Property Tax’ option.
- Provide your mobile number and the One-Time Password (OTP).
- Choose your ward and provide the required details to search for property details.
- Click on ‘Pay Tax’.
- The property details and previously paid taxes will appear on the screen.
- Calculate the property tax by clicking on the ‘Calculate Tax’
- Submit details such as mobile number, email id, property id, select village, street name/ number, khata number, survey RS number or survey TS number, locality/colony name, pincode.
- Select the property that is tenanted or self-used click ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
- Select the type of property and the type of category.
- Submit details such as area of site in cents, area of land occupied in sqft, total build-up factor and plingth factor.
- Select property type, door number, slum status and exempted property status.
- Enter floor details, year of construction, market value and construction type. Submit to proceed to calculate property tax.

- Choose the payment mode to complete the payment
- One can pay through any of the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card
- Net banking
- E-wallets
- UPI (Google Pay and PayTM)
- NEFT/RTGS/IMPS
Alternatively, download the challan for offline payment at the nearest bank. After completing the payment, the Mangalore property tax receipt will be generated. Download the tax payment receipt and save it for future reference.
