What is the HSVP?
The HSVP was established in 1977 under the Town and Country Planning Department. Previously known as the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), the authority plays a major role in the growth of Haryana. The HSVP headquarter is located in Panchkula, Haryana. Note that while Faridabad and Gurgaon are located in Haryana, they do not fall under the purview of HSVP and are developed by their respective authorities.
Steps to view HSVP water bill online
- Go to the official HSVP website at https://hsvphry.org.in/.
- Under ‘Online Services’, click on ‘Pay Water Bills/Apply New Water Connection/Complaints’.
- Select the site code of your location.
- Enter the consumer number and click on submit.
- You can view your HSVP water bill, which will include details, such as consumer number, address, amount (in Rs) before the due date, amount (in Rs) after the due date and bill month. You can download it as PDF.
How to pay the HSVP water bill online?
- Go to https://waterbilling.hsvphry.org.in/modules/ConsumerOnlinePayment.aspx.
- Enter the site code and consumer number.
- Click on ‘Make Payment’.
- Select the preferred mode of payment and proceed.
- Once the bill is paid, you will get a receipt as an Save the receipt for reference and proof purposes.
- Click on ‘Payment Details’ to view payment status, including transaction IDand payment date.
How to apply for a new HSVP water connection?
- On the HSVP water bill portal, click on
‘Apply New Water Connection’. - Only people with an HSVP allottee account can apply online for an HSVP water connection. If you do not have an account, register and create an HSVP account.
- Log in with your user ID and password.
- Fill out the application form and accept the terms and conditions.
- Once your HSVP water bill connection is approved, you will receive an intimation about it on the registered mobile number.

How to file complaints regarding the HSVP water bill?
- On the HSVP official portal, under ‘HSVP helpline services’, click on ‘Register Grievance’.
- Enter details in the application form.
- Select service type as ‘grievance’, category as ‘water billing’ and select one of the following sub-categories:
- Arrears included in current bill
- Bill paid payment not update
- Door lock
- Wrong reading
