September 1, 2023: Starting today, the Andhra Pradesh Registration and Stamps Department (IGRS AP) is rolling out a new version of Computer Aided Administration of Registration Department (CARD) known as PRIMME.
CARD PRIMME can be accessed at http://cardprimme.rs.ap.gov.in/PDE . Users have to login using their registered email ID, mobile number, Aadhaar number or TIDCO number and click on Get OTP.
With this, users can submit the registration application online, upload documents and secure appointment with the SRO. With this new process, the entire registration process will be over in less than 20 minutes. An added advantage is that the dependence on document writers and middlemen will be eliminated with the new system.
Currently, IGRS AP is using CARD 1.0 that was developed in 1999. By September 15, 2023, registration offices across Andhra Pradesh will have access to CARD PRIMME.
