June 6, 2023: The Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida (IITGNL) has launched schemes for three group housing plots and two commercial plots with the potential of generating revenue of over Rs 720 crore, according to a report by Moneycontrol.

The IITGNL is a township spread over 750 acre near the Bodaki Railway Station in Greater Noida. It is established under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project. A joint venture between DMIC and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), IITGNL is designed as a smart township with plug-and-play infrastructure and an automatic solid waste management system.

This is IITGNL’s first group housing and commercial plot scheme. Earlier, only industrial plot schemes were launched in the township, officials said.

Interested parties can apply in both these schemes from June 16, 2023. The last date for registration is July 7, 2023.

Amandeep Duli, executive director of IITGNL, said out of the three group housing plots, one plot measures in size 19,503 square metre (sqm), the second 34,247 sqm and the third 56,329 sqm. The reserve price of the group housing plots has been fixed at around Rs 473 crore.
