  • Rama Rao Jr. was born in Hyderabad on 20 May 1983 to Nandamuri Harikrishna, a Telugu cinema actor and politician, and Shalini Bhaskar Rao.
  • He attended Vidyaranya High School in Hyderabad and St. Mary’s College in Hyderabad for his Higher secondary school.
  • He is the grandchild of legendary Telugu actor N. T. Rama Rao, who served as Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister and was widely referred to as ‘NTR.’
