French actor and writer Kalki Koechlin is a well-known name in the Bollywood industry. She has made a mark for herself by delivering critically acclaimed performances. Kalki Koechlin resides in a sprawling bungalow in Goa. Recently, in an interview with Brut India, Kalki gave a tour of her Goa home. The property, where she lives with her partner Guy Hershberg and daughter Sappho, has a spacious front yard adorned with ample greenery.

Kalki Koechlin’s Goa bungalow has a brown gate and a classic European architectural style with typical French doors and windows, yellow walls and exposed brick. The house has a spacious porch, which has a table tennis table. The bungalow has a lush garden and is surrounded by a variety of trees such as Jackfruit, Chikoo (Sapodilla) and lemon trees. A classic Indian day bed and decorative items such as pots, rattan furniture, a jute swing and furnishings adorn the space.

The living room is cosy and welcoming, with seating and a classic lamp. Classic-style stained glass windows and artwork on the walls give it a vibrant appeal. Kalki Koechlin said, “Lifestyle: especially with a young kid, I feel you need a little garden, space and outdoor activity. Otherwise, they get stuck to the screen.” There are board games in the house, a table for playing chess.

The actor told Brut India that the landlord of the house is a retired surgeon. Furniture items like the dining table with spotlights resembled a ‘surgery table’, Kalki said.
