Real estate development company Kalyani Developers on May 22, 2025, announced the launch of two new towers at its flagship residential project Kalyani LivingTree, located in Bangalore’s KIADB Aerospace Park. The newly launched towers will introduce 525 premium 3 BHK apartments, ranging from 1,300 sqft to 1,600 sqft. Moreover, the towers will add over 7.5 lakh
sqft of built-up residential area to the project.
Positioned as the most exclusive towers of Kalyani LivingTree, their apartments are priced from Rs 1.2 crore onwards and feature pool and landscape views. They also offer access to two clubhouses spanning 1 lakh sqft and over 80% open spaces. Spread across 25 acre, Kalyani LivingTree will feature ten premium towers of 23-24 floors.
