Those interested in the KDA New Plot Scheme must apply through offline mode by visiting the nearest HDFC bank branch to get the registration booklet. All the required forms are provided in the booklet. One must make the payment of the registration amount through a demand draft at the HDFC bank. The KDA announces the draw results on its website. How to apply for e-auction KDA New Plot Scheme 2023?

  • Visit the official KDA website http://www.kdaindia.co.in/en/index.php .
  • Scroll down and click on ‘e-auction’ button.
  • A new page will open. Click on the ‘Bank link’ of the relevant scheme to participate in the bid.
  • On clicking on the bank link, the user will be redirected to a new page where scheme details, such as plot number, scheme name, area, minimum reserve price, registration fees, auction ID, etc., will be provided.
  • Click on the registration link to register.
  • Bidders can pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) online through credit card, debit card, net banking, and challans.
