The housing market continues to shine; Sales in Jan-Mar up 22 %. According to PropTiger.com’s latest data, new launches surge 86 % across top 8 cities; Hyderabad saw the maximum growth of 55 pc; sales rose in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Chennai; new supply maintained upwards momentum, reaching an all-time high in the first quarter of 2023.
