M3M Group to invest Rs 1,200 cr in luxury housing project in Gurgaon

Spanning 4 acre, M3M Altitude is part of the larger 60-acre ‘M3M Golf Estate’ community.

May 24, 2024: Real estate developer M3M Group has unveiled a luxury residential project named M3M Altitude on Gurgaon’s Golf Course Extension Road. The project, with a revenue potential of Rs 4,000 crore, is situated near Trump Towers and a 9-hole Golf Course. Spanning 4 acre, M3M Altitude is part of the larger 60-acre ‘M3M Golf Estate’ community. The development cost is estimated at Rs 1,200 crore, covering a total saleable area of 10 lakh square foot (sqft).

Designed by the esteemed London-based Uptown Hansen Architects (UHA) and landscaped by Oracle Landscape, M3M Altitude will feature 350 homes priced between Rs 10 crore and Rs 30 crore. The residences will include 4 BHK apartments (plus a servant room) and penthouses ranging from 3,780 to 8,000 sqft. The project is expected to be completed by 2031.

A highlight of M3M Altitude is its sky club, the tallest in Gurgaon, spanning approximately 2 million square foot (msf). This sky club will offer a range of amenities and will be connected to the residential units via a glass-air bridge, making it the largest interconnected glass bridge in Gurgaon.
