November 16, 2023: The counselling cell that was conceived by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is sought after by homebuyers and developers, mentioned by the department as per media reports. The cell was set up in a bid to reduce legal disputes, often raised owing to lack of clarity or knowledge.
Located at the MahaRERA headquarters in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), the cell has been a one stop destination for home buyers and developers alike to get doubts clarified concerning real estate. Media reports suggest that over 300 people visit the cell each month.
The MahaRERA cell is managed by two senior MahaRERA officials who offer clarity to home buyers with their real estate inquiries.
