MahaRERA CRITI portal to be launched in February

The new portal will help in easy navigation for both home buyers and developers.

January 31, 2024: The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority will launch the new regulatory portal- MahaRERA Complaint and Regulatory Integrated Technology Implementation (MahaRERA CRITI) in February, 2024. The new portal will further help in easy navigation for both home buyers and developers, thus helping in transparent and efficient operations of the regulatory body.

The new website will make grievance redressal easy. It will also show information about project health summary that will be share critical project related information including current status to the existing and potential customers.

Also, it will simplify the process of uploading documents by the developers who have to file forms 1, 2 and 3 quarterly and form 5 annually.

The present MahaRERA website is five years old and was created when the state had implemented the RERA Act in the state.
