Vimalendra Singh, chief business officer (residential), Mahindra Lifespace Developers, said, “The overwhelming response to Happinest Kalyan – 2 initial phase reflects the growing demand for homes that prioritise holistic well-being and offer value to customers. As the Indian housing market experiences, a robust upturn, driven by rising incomes, urbanisation, and a renewed focus on homeownership post-pandemic, our ‘Health Sampanna Homes’ concept is uniquely positioned to deliver exceptional value. With Phase 2, we are not just expanding our offering; we are addressing the evolving needs of customers in a market that is primed for innovative, health-focused living solutions.”
