July 5, 2023: Mahindra Lifespaces Developers (MLDL) forays into plotted developments with the Lakefront Estates at the Mahindra World City (MWC), Chennai. Spread over 19 acre, the project will offer a wide range of plots with sizes up to 5,000 sqft.
Lakefront Estates is located between the Paranur hills. It overlooks the 2,200 acre Kolavai Lake. Also, there is an urban forest here that is spread over 80 acre. The project also has eight thematically designed gardens with different purposes and amenities.
