February 21, 2024: Real estate developer Mahindra Lifespaces, on February 20, 2024, announced its second plotted development project for the current fiscal year (FY24). The company has introduced ‘Green Estates by Mahindra,’ a 27-acre plotted project at Mahindra World City (MWC) in Chennai. The project features plots ranging from 750 square foot (sqft) to 2,400 sqft.
Green Estates by Mahindra is situated against the backdrop of the Paranur Hills and enveloped by Kolavai, Paranur and Senganeri Lakes. Additionally, there is a 1.2-acre central park within the development. This project will be an addition to MWC’s existing residential and commercial offerings. MWC Chennai is already home to over 3,000 families across multi-format residential projects.
