April 21, 2025: Real estate developer Marvel Realtors has launched an ultra-luxury high-rise residential project, Basilo, in Lane 5, Koregaon Park. The project will offer 3, 3.5, and 4.5 BHK ultra-luxurious residences ranging from a carpet of 1,525 to 4,500 square foot. The residences are designed with marble floors, engineered wood in one bedroom, master bathrooms with marble finishes and modular kitchens with premium built-in appliances. Each home also includes a complete VRV/VRF air-conditioning system.
