July 16, 2023: Real estate company Merlin Group has announced the launch of its latest project, Serenia, in north Kolkata’s BT Road. The group has roped in actors Dev and Rukmini to endorse the power project.
The project, a joint venture between Eden Realty and Merlin Group, will spread over an area of 4.5 acre. Located near the Indian Statistical Institute along the BT Road, the project would boast of four towers of 28 floor each, offering its residents panoramic views of the acres of greenery and an 18-acre lake surrounding it.
The 832 apartments will come with a choice of two, three or four BHK units with built up areas ranging from 732 square foot (sqft) to 1,454 sqft. Apartments here would be priced between Rs 63 lakh and Rs 1.25 crore.
The project offers a total saleable area of approximately 9,89,491 sqft in built-up area. The RERA-approved project adhered to green building norms, the company said, adding that the construction will be completed by December 2028.
The project offers rooftop gardens, sprawling swimming pools, skywalks, state-of-the-art fitness centers, recreational areas like club houses, amphitheatre, lounges, yoga deck and a jogging, it added.
