December 15, 2023: Chadha Developers and the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), are giving away 2,000 units of 1BHK at Chadha Residency under the PPP project lottery for the EWS- ‘Mhada Mega City Lottery’. The scheme known as the Mhada –CDP lottery 2023 opened on December 9, 2023 and closes on January 20, 2024. The lucky draw for this MHADA lottery under PPP will be held on January 26, 2024.
Spread across 100 acre, the Chadha Residency project is located at Vangani (W) (near Badlapur station). This project with MHADA is located 10 minutes from the Vangani Railway Station. To apply for this lottery under PPP, a candidate has to pay an application fee of Rs 5000. This application fee will be refunded within 7 days in case the applicant is unsuccessful in the lottery.

Click on the Register to first register with the Mhada portal to participate in the lottery.
Next, fill the lottery application form and then finally make the payment.
You can click on Login and enter username, password, captcha and click on login.
