January 29, 2024: The Mhada – CDP lottery 2023 which opened on December 9, 2023, has got an extension till March 1, 2024.  The lottery was to close on January 20, 2024. The lucky draw for this MHADA lottery held under the public-private partnership (PPP) lottery will be held on March 8, 2024.
Under the Mhada- CDR Lottery 2023, Yojana -3, Chadha Developers and the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) are giving away 2,000 units of 1BHK Lifestyle apartments at Chadha Residency. All income groups are eligible for this lottery.
The Chadha Residency Project located at Vangani (W) (near Badlapur station) is spread across 100 acres. This project is 10 minutes from the Vangani Railway Station. The project also claims to be around 20 minutes from the under-construction Navi Mumbai International Airport. The cost of the 1 BHK at Chadha Residency is Rs 16, 80,000. The MahaRERAÂ registration of the project under the lottery is P51700028831.
