Mhada Konkan FCFS scheme gets extension till March 8

March 5, 2024: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Konkan Board’s first-come-first-serve (FCFS) scheme that will sell 2,278 units has been extended owing to involving more people participation. The scheme will run till March 8, 2024.  Interested people can leverage this extension and participate in the scheme by filling the registration form on the https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/OnlineApplication/Konkan/ followed by filling the online application. Remember to print acknowledgment after filling the online application form.

The date on which the list of winners of the FCFS Scheme and refund date is still to be decided. This is one of the longest running Mhada schemes with the registrations running from September 15, 2023.
