January 25, 2024: In a bid to increase participation, the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) Konkan Board’s first-come-first-serve (FCFS) scheme has been further extended till January 26, 2024. As part of the the Mhada FCFS scheme, 2,278 units will be sold.
The scheme will run till January 26, 2024 and there are chances of a further extension too. To participate, the registration form can be filled on the https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/OnlineApplication/Konkan/ . Once registered, you have to fill the online application and print acknowledgment.Â

The date on which the list of winners of the FCFS Scheme and refund date is still to be decided. This is one of the longest running Mhada schemes with the registrations running from September 15, 2023.Â
