December 26, 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Konkan Board’s First Come First Serve (FCFS) scheme has been extended till December 29, 2023.
The FCFS scheme will give away 2,278 units. While the registration and online application submission of the Mhada Konkan Board’s FCFS scheme started on September 5, 2023, the last date to submit online applications for the scheme is December 29, 2023.

Interested applicants can fill the application form by first registering for the FCFS scheme.
Mhada Konkan First Come First Serve scheme 2023: Important dates
The registration and the application for the FCFS Mhada Konkan lottery 2023 will be accepted till December 29, 2023. The online payment can be made till December 29, 2023 and the RTGS can be made till December 31, 2023. The date on which the list of winners of the FCFS Scheme and refund date is still to be decided.
