December 11, 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority’s (Mhada) computerised lucky draw of the Mhada Konkan Lottery 2023, to be held on December 13, 2023, has been postponed. Citing administrative reasons, the Mhada Konkan Board, in an order published on the Mhada website, has said that a new date for the lucky draw will be informed accordingly that may be noted.
Mhada Konkan Lottery 2023 was announced on September 15, 2023, and the board is giving away around 5,311 houses as part of the lucky draw. The houses are located in areas such as Thane, Palghar and Raigad district.
After the lucky draw is done, Mhada Konkan Board lottery winners will get a notification letter from Mhada, followed by an acceptance letter.
Recently, Mhada has postponed the Mhada Pune lottery 2023 too, on account of administrative reasons. While earlier the lottery was planned be held on November 24, 2023, it took place on December 5, 2023, at the Pune Zilla Parishad Auditorium.
