Mhada lottery Nashik 2024 to offer over 824 units

January 15, 2024: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Nashik Board will be giving away 824 units in Nashik under the MHADA Nashik lottery 2024.  There are three schemes under this lottery, namely the Mhada Nashik Housing Scheme, the Nashik 20 Percent Housing Scheme, the PMAY scheme.

The Mhada also has announced another lottery – the first-come-first-serve Nashik Lottery under which it will sell around 311 units.

The applications for the Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 started on January 11, 2024 and will be accepted till February 13, 2024. The lucky draw of the Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 will be held on March 1, 2024.

Available under categories, namely Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and Higher Income Group (HIG), the flats are between 300 sq ft to 600 sq ft. Based on the location they are available in, the units are available from Rs 58,000 as per the Mhada Nashik advertisement.
