September 11, 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune Board has announced the First Come First Serve (FCFS) scheme as part of Mhada lottery Pune 2023. Under this scheme, 2,383 units will be given away. While the registration of the Mhada Pune Board’s FCFS scheme started on September 5, 2023, the online applications for the scheme starts today.

MHADA Pune First Come First Serve scheme 2023: Registration
To register for the MHADA lottery Pune 2023 offers First Come First Serve scheme, visit https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/OnlineApplication/Pune/ . Once registered, you can fill the application form also from the same link by logging in with username and password.
MHADA Pune First Come First Serve scheme 2023: Important dates
The registration and the application for the FCFS Mhada Pune lottery 2023 will be accepted till November 11, 2023. The online payment can be made from September 11, 2023 to November 11, 2023 and the RTGS can be made till November 13, 2023. The application list will be published on November 15, 2023. The list of winners of the FCFS Scheme will be published on November 20, 2023. The refund for the FCFS scheme of the Mhada Pune lottery 2023 starts on November 24, 2023.
