September 6, 2023: Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune board will be giving away 5,863 units in Pune under MHADA Pune lottery 2023. Â There are five schemes under this lottery namely the Pune 20 Percent Comprehensive Housing Scheme, the Pune Board Mhada Scheme, the PMAY-Urban Scheme, only for Kagal Taluka Scheme and the Mhada Scheme PCMC Limit.
Of the 5,863 units, 5,425 units are located in the Pune district, 337 in the Kolhapur district, 69 in the Solapur district and 32 in the Sangli district.
The applications for the Mhada Pune lottery 2023 started on September 6, 2023 and will be accepted till September 27, 2023. The online payment ends on September 28, 2023 and the RTGS ends on September 29, 2023. Â The draft application will be published on October 9, 2023 and final application will be published on October 16, 2023. The lucky draw for the MHADA Pune lottery 2023 will be held on October 18, 2023. The refund for the Mhada Pune lottery 2023 will start on October 23, 2023.

Available under categories, namely Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and Higher Income Group (HIG), the flats are between 300 sq ft to 600 sq ft. Based on the location they are available in, the units are available from Rs 13 lakh to more than Rs 60 lakh.
