In a bid to allocate 950 homes across Nashik, the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) declared the draw results of the lottery on May 29, 2019. Earlier, the lottery was scheduled to be held in April 2019 but got delayed due to the model code of conduct owing to the Lok Sabha Elections.

MHADA allocated LIG and MIG flats at multiple locations in the city. This includes Adgaon-Mhasrul Link Road, Anjana Lawns, Makhmalabad, Panchak, Murlidhar Nagar and Kalangar. These units are sized in range of 28-70 sqmt and are priced at a starting cost of Rs 8 lakhs and goes up to Rs 23 lakhs. Applicants can check the floor plan, images, location, amenities and property reckoner online.
