April 18, 2024:Â The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Nashik Board has extended the online application submission dates for the ongoing Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 for the second time till May 25. The first extension for the lottery was till March 5, 2024.

Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 schemes
There are two schemes under this lottery namely:
- Mhada Nashik Housing Scheme Mandal
- Nashik 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme (on rolling basis)
Number of units in Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024Â
- Around 95 units will be given under Mhada Nashik Housing Scheme Mandal.
- Around 236 units will be given under Nashik 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme (on rolling basis).
The applications for the Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 started on January 11, 2024 and will be accepted till May 25, 2024. The lucky draw of the Mhada Nashik Lottery 2024 will be held on June 14, 2024.

On the https://housing.mhada.gov.in/ , click on ‘View Schemes’ under Menu and you can see the schemes available.
You will see the two housing schemes under which you click on schemes and you can see the details of the housing units with area, number of units, RERA number, carpet area etc.
