December 14, 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) on December 13, 2023, published all details regarding the payment of the stamp duty and registration fees for lottery winners of the Mhada Mumbai lottery 2023 on its website https://housing.mhada.gov.in/ .
All lottery winners have to log on to the website and click on the ‘Quick Links’ section under Menu on the left side of the homepage.
You will reach this page:
Click on ‘Mumbai Board Lottery 2023- Registration fees and stamp duty’ and a document with all details will be downloaded on your machine/ hand device.
You will get detailed information such as scheme code, scheme, income group, carpet area, sale price of property, total tenements, registration fees and stamp duty.
Mhada also has shared information about Mhada PAN number and TAN number as these are needed while filling the e-Secured Bank and Treasury Receipt (eSBTR) form on a bank’s website.
