Mhada to conduct computerised lottery on April 24 for 178 eligible applicants

Under the guidance of Jaiswal, this plan is being actively implemented to ensure effective and timely execution of public welfare measures.
April 23, 2025:  The Mumbai Building Repairs and Reconstruction Board (MBRRB) of MHADA has scheduled a computerised lottery for 178 eligible applicants listed on the Master List. The draw will be held on April 24, 2025, at 1 PM, at the Bharatratna Gulzarilal Nanda Hall, Mhada Headquarters, Bandra (East).
The lottery is being conducted under the chairmanship of  Sanjeev Jaiswal, IAS, Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Mhada. This initiative constitutes an important component of Mhada’s 100-Day Action Plan, which seeks to provide permanent housing to eligible occupants of cess buildings, thereby fulfilling the authority’s mandate to ensure housing security for citizens.
The 100-Day Action Plan has been formulated in accordance with the directives of chief minister Devendra Fadnavis and deputy chief minister and housing minister Eknath Shinde, with a focus on enhancing administrative efficiency and delivering timely services to the public. Under the guidance of Jaiswal, this plan is being actively implemented to ensure effective and timely execution of public welfare measures.
