September 11, 2024: Real estate developer Migsun Group has launched a new studio apartment project in Lucknow, which will be constructed at a cost of Rs 50 crore. It is part of the upcoming Migsun Lucknow Central, a mixed-use project located at Shaheed Path in Lucknow. Each unit will be fully furnished with branded equipment and priced at around Rs 60 lakh. The unit size of these studio apartments starts from 650 square foot (sqft).
Yash Miglani, managing director of Migsun Group, said “Our projects, Migsun Janpath and Migsun Lucknow Central have both been resounding successes, achieving significant appreciation in property value. Migsun Lucknow Central spreads over approximately 20,239 square metre (sqm) and features high street retail, a food court and business suites square meters of land fully owned by the company. The company had invested Rs 426 crore in the project. The project has cutting-edge design and amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, cafe, concierge, housekeeping services and recreational facilities.
