The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) is leasing seven plots at the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) for 80 years. Located in the G Block, the MMRDA has invited bids for these plots.Â

- Total reserve price is Rs 5,947 crore
- FSI of the land to be auctioned is 4
- There are four commercial plots and three residential plots
- Plots range between 4,956.18 square metre (sqm) to 8,411 sqm
- Reserve price for commercial plot is set at Rs 3. 4 lakh per square metre of built-up areaÂ
- Reserve price for residential plot is set at Rs 3. 5 lakh per square metre of built-up areaÂ

All bidders who are interested for the commercial plots have to fill the form and pay an EMD https://mahatenders.gov.in/nicgep/app that will be done through bank guarantee and online transfer.
