Real estate developer MRG Group will invest Rs 250 crore in its first affordable housing project Primark in Sector 90, Gurgaon. Part of the Haryana government’s Affordable Housing Policy, the 5.2-acre project will offer 769 units, with sizes ranging from 622.11 square foot (sqft) to 645.79 sqft. The price of these apartments will start at Rs 32 lakh.
The project is located along a 99-metre-wide road within a 2-minute drive from the national highway-48 (NH-8) and the Dwarka Expressway. It is located close to a proposed metro station and is just a 20-minute drive from the IGI Airport, ensuring good connectivity, the company said.
“Several measures have been taken by MRG Group to promote an eco-friendly lifestyle with solid waste management, efficient irrigation systems and treatment and use of grey water. Low-carbon building materials and eco-friendly housekeeping chemicals are used. MRG Primark has also become an IGBC Platinum-rated project with an advanced global green building certification that provides customers benefits of green sustainable buildings in terms of water and energy efficiency, green environs and wellness,” it added.
