How to reach Attapadi?

By Train: The closest train station is at Vellarappilly, about 20 minutes from Attapadi. The station connects the city of Chennai to various parts of India, including the popular Golden Chariot train service that runs between Chennai and Bangalore. The train station is located on the Tamil Nadu side of the line.

By Air: Several airports serve Chennai and its surrounding areas. Some of these include the Chennai International Airport and Madras International Airport. Both airports are located within 200 km of Attapadi and offer international connections and domestic flights. 

By Road: The nearest highway to Attapadi is National Highway 4, which runs through Kanchipuram District in Tamil Nadu and connects Chennai with Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh state (approximately 350 miles from Attapadi). Another highway that intersects NH4 is National Highway 47, which runs through Chengalpet District in Puducherry state (approximately 250 miles from Attapadi).
