By air: The nearest airport is about 85 kilometres away in Udaipur. From here, you can connect to Delhi, Mumbai, and Jaipur. Taxis that collect pre-paid fares from Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh charge about Rs 1600. 

By road: Kumbhalgarh is served by ordinary and deluxe buses operated by Rajasthan State Government Roadways. Located 48 kilometres from Rajsamand, 51 kilometres from Nathdwara, 60 kilometres from Sadri, and 105 kilometres from Udaipur, Kumbhalgarh is connected to these places by the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) as well as several private travel services.

Kumbhalgarh Fort, or Kumbhalgarh Palace, is located in the town of Kumbhalgarh in the Rajsamand District of Rajasthan, India. The fort, built in the 15th century by Rana Kumbha and later developed by his son Rana Sanga, was his principal residence and served as the capital of the Mewar kingdom.

The fort is located about 64 km from the city centre and can be reached by car or bus. Citizens of India and visitors from SAARC and BIMSTEC countries are required to pay an entry fee of Rs 15. In the case of a foreigner, the fee is 200 rupees. The opening hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.
