April 5, 2024: Real estate developer Puravankara has achieved annual sales value of Rs 5,914 crore in FY24 up by 90% when compared to Rs 3,107 crore in FY23, the company mentioned in a Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) regulatory filing.
The company’s quarterly sales value was Rs 1,947 crore in Q4FY24; up by 93% when compared to Rs 1,007 crore in Q4FY23.
The company mentioned in the regulatory filing that the annual customer collections increased to Rs 3,609 crore in FY24 as compared to Rs 2,258 crore in FY23, up by 60% y-o-y. The average price realisation increased by 2% to Rs 7,916 per sqft during FY24 from Rs 7,768 per sqft in FY23.
