July 26, 2023: K Raheja Corp Homes, the residential vertical of K Raheja Corp Group, today announced its foray into the mid-luxury segment housing market with the launch of a new project Raheja Sterling. Located on NIBM Road, South Pune, the project comprises a single tower of 22 habitable floors, each offering spacious 4BHK apartments, sized 1,502 sqft or more. The price of these apartments start from Rs 1.75 crore. The RERA-registered project is planned to be completed by December 2026.
