September 25, 2024: Sattva Group has announced the launch of two residential projects—Sattva Songbird and Sattva Lumina in North Bengaluru.
Situated off the Budigere Road, Sattva Songbird offers over 1,300 homes and 58 luxury row houses spread across 12 acre. Songbird provides homes that fit all stages of life—from studios to 1, 2, and 3 BHK residences. It is located 20 km from the Kempegowda International Airport and is near the National Highway 75.
The Sattva Lumina spans across 13 acre and is located on the Yelahanka-Doddaballapur Main Road. It offers 1,553 apartments that include studio, 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes in G+29 high-rise towers.

Looking to the future, Sattva Group plans to launch over 18 million square foot (sqft) of residential space across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai by the end of this fiscal year.
