Shankus Water Park: Rules and regulations for visitors
- At all times, all visitors must abide by the policies and guidelines of the water park and pay attention to the directions given by lifeguards and Shankus staff.
- At the entrance to the water park, all visitors, baggage, and property may be subject to screening and security checks.
- When using the slides at the water park, appropriate swimwear is always required.
- You will be requested to change into appropriate swimwear or attire if you are wearing inappropriate swimwear (underwear, transparent swimwear, exposing swimwear or non-swimming attire).
- Only water-proof diapers must be worn by toddlers when they are in the water.
- Guests with special needs or disabilities must be under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or carer.
- Unruly behaviour, including horseplay, rushing, jumping, and diving, is not authorised in the water park.
- The only life jackets allowed are those given for free by Shankus Water Park. Devices for personal floating are not permitted.
- Participating in the slides and attractions entails some hazards. The best person to assess your limitations is you.
- Visitors must comply with the height, weight, and health requirements listed for all of our rides and attractions.
- When visiting the water park, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
- If tickets are damaged in any way, they are deemed invalid and cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or resold.
- Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is absolutely prohibited (except in designated smoking areas).
