September 8, 2023: Real estate developer Intercontinental Infrastructure has signed up actor Sharad Kelkar as the brand ambassador for its affordable luxury project The Urbana situated at Chakan near Pune.
Sharad Kelkar is a well-known Indian film actor who has worked in Marathi and Hindi films. He played the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the film Tanhaji.

The Urbana is a residential township spanning across 6.5 acre that is located in Chakan, Pune. This project comprises 10 towers in 1, 2 and 3 BHK configurations, offering home buyers a wide range of luxurious amenities in a sustainable environment and affordable price point.

Chakan has a number of planned upcoming infrastructure developments. These include the 18-meter DP road adjacent to the project for accessibility, the proposed Chakan Ring Road, the Nashik Phata Rajgurunagar Bypass, the proposed metro neo line connecting Nashik Phata to Chakan and the Pune-Nashik semi-high-speed rail line, which will bolster regional connectivity, reducing travel time considerably.
