Real estate company Signature Global has announced the launch of the second phase of two of its housing projects in Gurgaon. These luxury housing projects, Signature Global City and SG City, are at Sector 37 D and Sector 81 of the Millennium City.
Spread over 20 acres, Signature Global City offers 536 units of 2 and 3 BHK independent floors, with prices ranging between Rs 82 lakh and Rs 1.29 crore. SG City on the other hand is spread across approximately 12 acres, and offers 408 units of 2 and 3 BHK independent floors, with prices ranging between Rs 89 lakh and Rs 1.06 crore.
Pradeep Aggarwal, founder and chairman, Signature Global (India), said, “As the effect of pandemic, consumers’ daily needs have witnessed a paradigm shift. They now prefer open green spaces around their home as well as amenities within the vicinity. Work from home culture also prompted a need for extra space. As a result of consumer demand, we are trying to offer more advanced and new age amenities in our Independent floors.”

Both the projects are designed by architect Hafeez Contractor. These independent floors would be developed under state housing policy, and provide buyers facilities such as swimming pools, jogger’s track areas, yoga and meditation lawns, badminton courts, half basketball courts, etc.
