Signature Global records pre-formal launch sales of over Rs 3,600 cr

The project is located at Sector 37D in Gurgaon.

March 4, 2024: Real estate developer Signature Global has announced pre-formal launch sales of more than Rs 3,600 crore for its latest premium housing residential development project, DE LUXE-DXP, at Sector 37D, Gurgaon. For the number of units available for sale, Signature Global’s DE LUXE-DXP received an oversubscribed expression of interest over 5.4 times, it said.

Spread over 16.5 acres, this project presents a sales potential of 2.7 million sqft. Positioned strategically along with the Dwarka Expressway. DE LUXE-DXP, an IGBC gold-rated project, offering 1,008 units in 8 towers and designed by international repute AEDAS, Landscape Designer Sanju Bose and interior designer Ms Sonali Bhagwati, which offers 3BHK, 3.5BHK, 4.5BHK apartments and penthouses.
