Real estate developer Sumadhura Group on April 22, 2025, announced its debut in South Bangalore with the launch of project Codename Uru, the group’s tallest residential development in the city, located in Kenchanhalli. Spread over 3.25 acre, this project is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 500 crore. The project will be ready for possession by December 2029.
Codename Uru offers 297 well-designed 2 and 3 BHK homes across two towers rising 28 floors. The project features expansive 22-foot-long balconies and over 10 themed lush gardens. It also features a modern clubhouse- ‘Club Sumadhura’- inspired by Carnatic heritage. The clubhouse offers over 50 amenities.
Located in Kenchanhalli along Mysore Road, this development enjoys easy connectivity to key parts of the city and major landmarks such as the Jnanabharathi Metro Station, NICE Road, and Metro Cash & Carry. It is just a one-minute drive to the metro station and five minutes to Metro Cash & Carry. The project also enjoys close proximity to the 1,200-acre Bangalore University.
