January 17, 2024: Real estate developer Suraksha Group on January 16, 2024 launched a new township project Suraksha Smart City in Vasai, Maharashtra. Located in close proximity to the Vasai Station, the integrated township spans across 300 acre and serves as one of the largest greenfield developments in Vasai-Virar. Suraksha Smart City features spacious apartments, each of which includes a master bedroom with an attached bathroom, living and dining areas and a common bathroom.
It has multiple towers and residences and offers residential apartments which are accompanied by varied lifestyle amenities and social infrastructure including reservations for schools, colleges, hospitals, playgrounds and markets. The project utilizes Precast Technology to enhance scalability, reduce wastage and elevate quality standards. It features 23-story buildings constructed using precast technology.
