TATA Housing’s Raagam-Phase 1 plots in Bangalore sold out in a week

The plotted development project secures a revenue of more than Rs 650 crore.

February 23, 2024: All the plots of TATA Housing’s flagship project, Raagam- Phase 1 have been sold out within one week of its launch, achieving a revenue of more than 650 crore, according to an official release. The project offered 576 plots with a total area of nine lakh square foot (sqft). 

According to the real estate company, Raagam is a plotted development project launched within the township of Tata Carnatica in Devanahalli, North Bangalore. Covering over 140 acre of landscapes, Raagam is located within Tata Carnatica’s integrated mixed-use development. The plotted development, sprawling across an extensive 84,000 square metre (sqm), is around 6.8 kilometre from the Kempegowda International Airport. The project caters to the evolving demands of urban residents, seamlessly blending traditional sophistication with contemporary lifestyles, the release said. 

According to the developer, Tata Housing executed a comprehensive marketing strategy for Raagam Phase 1, featuring extensive integrated digital advertising at the India-England matches along with strategic collaborations with channel partners. These efforts contributed significantly to the project’s rapidly successful sell-out.

The release stated that TATA Housing’s next phase of project Raagam will expand its offerings beyond premium plotted developments. The developer plans to provide a diverse range of living options including luxury condominiums, spacious apartments, signature row villas and smart town-homes complete with private gardens, catering to a wide spectrum of preferences and lifestyles.
