Telangana state govt introduces new Record of Rights draft Bill, 2024

To be covered in the entire state of Telangana, the RoR Act will be revised and the Bhumata portal will replace the Dharani portal.

August 5, 2024: The Telangana state government has introduced the new Record of Rights (NROR) draft Bill 2024 that will be known as the Telangana Record of Rights Bill, 2024. To be covered in the entire state of Telangana, the RoR Act will be revised and the Bhumata portal will replace the Dharani portal. As announced by the revenue minister in the Assembly on August 2, 2024, the draft Bill is available on the CCNA website (https://ccla.telangana.gov.in/) to receive suggestions and suggestions from the public.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

According to the notification, the Bill shall come into effect in areas and on such dates as the Government may by notification from time to time to specify on this behalf.

From August 2 to August 23, the government is calling for feedback on the draft Bill. People can send their suggestions and suggestions to the CCNA office through this email (ror2024-rev@telangana.gov.in).
